Tricks: 360 Kiwi Flip
peach is back w/another one for your bag
Look, there’s fucking thousands of tutorials out there for your more basic stuff — kick/heel/360 flips, pop shuvs, noseslides, etc. But here at 4ts, tastes [and talent] runs to the more esoteric side of things. Welcome to Tricks; hope you’re ready to learn.

tf is this trick now? You lucky, lucky babes. We’ve got Peach Sørensen back again — just in case you need two letter getters for your next game of SKATE. This is another one of their signature moves: the 360 kiwi flip. Think of it like a 360 under-heel-flip, ok? Special thanks to Inberta Foto for the educational materials … bake it away, Peach!
step 1: For this one, I place my front foot over the bolts facing straight to the side, same as my shoulders, with the toes hanging just over the edge.
step 2: Then I dig my back foot heel under the edge of the board so that it's pointing backwards 45 degrees, with just my big toe and toe ball on the board, right in the pocket.
step 3: The motion I do when I pop it is much like a FS shuvit, where the back foot does most the work by spinning the board FS, but with a little more force, letting the board flip around my back foot heel while I lift my front foot in under me. It also helps if I jump a little bit backwards, or the board will usually end up behind me.
step 4: Then I let my back foot follow and pull it in under me as well while the board finish its rotation and flip.
step 5: If I do the trick correctly, the board will follow its path pretty naturally in the sense that the flip will finish when the rotation has finished and vice versa, so I think the catch will also come pretty naturally when it's time to stomp it, although sometimes the board will only do half a flip.
step 6: Try to look cool like you just did a Laser Flip with minimal effort.
Get. Skating. Sluts. Thanks Peach!
