– since its our first time, let’s start slow and simple. What you see above is how my interviews with a subject look. Unlike q&a pieces like the ones I’ve run here, when I’m doing an article I see no need to transcribe the whole thing. Instead, I take notes and use handwritten time stamps that I can then go back to when I want something.
– see those stars? I put asterisks next to thing I know I’ll want later; a particularly dope quote, an important scene, something I want to make sure I don’t forget to include — it’s my hand across the lens.
